Farm Service Technicians
One of the greatest strengths of Dairy One is our Farm Service Technicians. These are the people who represent Dairy One every day on farms throughout the region. They are professional, well-trained individuals who add value to the dairies they serve. The Farm Service Technicians ability to be conscientious and pay close attention to accuracy and detail is where it all begins. Much of their work is done on the farm with notebook computers.

Milk Laboratory
There are many types of positions in each of our four milk laboratories. Each position will have specific qualifications. However, one of the primary positions in all Dairy One milk analysis laboratories is that of a Laboratory Analyzer Operator. These positions require a minimum high school diploma, with a strong desire to work as a team member and to provide accurate results for our customers. Milk component knowledge and some computer skills are helpful.

Forage Lab Technician
The Dairy One Forage Lab is a modern facility utilizing a variety of analytical procedures and instrumentation to generate information on the nutritional composition of feeds and forages. Successful technicians must be organized, neat, detail oriented, safety conscious and able to effectively manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of forages and feeds is helpful, but not essential. Computer skills not required, but helpful. Employees must be able to work as a team player in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Forage Lab Customer Support
The Dairy One Forage Lab is recognized both nationally and internationally for its superior customer service. As our primary link to our customers, support people must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills. Keyboarding skills are a must along with familiarity with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with accounting practices is considered beneficial to the position.
