Dairy Comp 305 Purchase or Rental
$350 for setup and installation which includes the first year of e-mail and voice support.

You can choose from one of the following payment options for Dairy Comp 305:

• Option 1: Subscription license purchase $2700.00 This option requires access to an internet connection and subscription to annual updates.
• Option 2: Non subscription license purchase $3600. Annual updates are available but are not required with this option.
• Option 3: Annual rental subscription $1020.00.

A daily milk meter interface is an additional $1600.00 and requires the license purchase. Generally, Option 1 is the best option and recommended for most software users.

Annual Updates
There are several subscription options available from updates only to packages. Contact the Dairy Management Resources group for detailed options and pricing.

New Hardware
Setup and installation of Dairy Comp 305 or Scout on new computers will be done free of charge at the Dairy One office. Shipping charges to and from Dairy One are the user's responsibility.

On Site Visits
On site visits are available. They have proven to be helpful for training staff, or for users who would like to make major changes to their software.

Upgrades from Scout
Scout users can easily upgrade to Dairy Comp 305. Once the trail period is completed, regular Dairy Comp charges apply.

• Windows XP or VISTA.
• CD-ROM drive, 2 available USB ports, modem or DSL, and printer.
